ForgeAI utilizes advanced third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (such as Gemini and Mistral) to deliver the AI Coach chat and dynamic workout plans.

⚠️ Important Disclosures:
• Only the specific workout descriptions, chat messages, and context required to generate AI coach responses are sent to these providers.
• We **never** transmit your email, account credentials, or direct personal identifiers to these AI engines.
• Personal data is not intentionally transmitted unless you choose to write personal information directly inside your chat prompt messages.
• These third-party AI providers temporarily process the data to generate real-time responses, strictly subject to their secure processing terms.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent your information, nor do we participate in personal-data broker networks or marketplaces. Period.

We only share information with verified third-party service providers (like secure database hosts, AI engines, or payment gateways) to the minimum extent necessary to operate the application services.

We keep your information as long as your account is active to maintain your training logs and progress.

• Wiping Accounts: When you request account deletion, we immediately soft-delete your profile and trigger the permanent purging of your metrics, templates, and messages.
• Backup Logs: Cold storage backups and database snapshots are completely overwritten/purged within a rolling 30-day window.
• Legal Exceptions: We may retain specific transaction records, billing logs, and security logs for a longer period if strictly necessary to comply with legal tax audit rules, prevent payment fraud, or maintain backend server safety.

You retain full ownership of your fitness logs. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your account and all associated workout history.

⚠️ How to request deletion: Shoot us a deletion request at privacy@forgeai.fit. To protect your data, we may require identity verification before executing your request. While we act on request immediately, complete removal from historical offline backups might take up to 30 days due to database snapshot schedules.

ForgeAI is intended strictly for users who meet the minimum legal age requirements of their jurisdiction (e.g., at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with active guardian/parental permission).
