You acknowledge that the AI Coach chat and automated workout configurations are driven by third-party language models.

AI outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or completely unsuitable for your fitness levels. ForgeAI makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy, safety, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. You must independently evaluate and verify any recommendation before putting it into practice.

**Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury, health complications, or death.**

By using our generated workouts, metrics, or coach recommendations, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with your training environment, exercise choices, weight lifting, cardiorespiratory workouts, and diet adjustments. We recommend consulting a certified fitness professional to ensure correct physical form and safety in execution.

security4. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

To preserve our community and platform integrity, you agree **not** to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Automated Abuse: Scraping, harvesting data, or using automated scripts to extract platform information.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the underlying source code of the service.
• Security Testing: Probing, vulnerability scanning, or performing penetration testing without prior explicit written permission.
• Quotas & Limits Bypassing: Attempting to bypass subscription gates, message rate limits, active template counters, or server-side access controls.
• Database Manipulation: Exploiting database structures, SQL injection, or spamming the server API with abusive traffic.
• AI Injections: Attempting to inject prompts designed to force inappropriate, illegal, or harmful LLM behavior.

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of any data, workout logs, nutritional metrics, and chat messages you submit to the service.

To run the platform effectively, you grant ForgeAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, store, transmit, and display your submitted content **strictly to operate, maintain, and provide the services** to you. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

**To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ForgeAI, its creators, founders, and contributors shall not be liable for:**

• Any injuries, sprains, cardiac incidents, or orthopedic issues sustained during workouts or nutrition changes.
• Inaccurate, outdated, or flawed AI-generated fitness splits or dietary target lists.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including loss of data or business).
• Database outages, hosting interruptions, or permanent loss of logged training histories.

🔒 **Liability Cap:** In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims under these terms exceed the total amount paid by you to ForgeAI in the preceding twelve (12) months.

ForgeAI is provided on an **"as-is"** and **"as-available"** basis.

We make no guarantees of uninterrupted runtime, permanent data storage, or absolute server availability. Periodic maintenance, hosting network outages, third-party AI provider failures, or unexpected database errors may cause temporary downtime. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from these interruptions.

ForgeAI offers a premium Pro tier. Upgrades are processed securely through verified third-party payment gateways (designed for Razorpay compatibility):

• Recurring Billing: Pro subscriptions operate on an automatic, recurring monthly billing cycle.
• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with reasonable advance notice.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time within your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Framework: All payments are final. Once a transaction is completed and Pro tier entitlements are granted, payments are strictly non-refundable and no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Taxes: Subscriptions are subject to applicable GST and local taxes, which will be charged where required.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion and without prior warning, to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that violate our conduct policies, attempt quota bypasses, execute payment fraud, or threaten platform security.

You are free to stop using ForgeAI and request the deletion of your account at any time.
